Une sieste de trente minutes renforcera davantage l&rsquo;effet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration mais il vous faudra accepter au r\u00e9veil d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans un brouillard mental ou une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;inertie plus longue \u00e0 dissiper.
