Il est originaire du Caucase, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des grains extraordinaires. Il est un v\u00e9ritable cocktail de probiotiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p> <strong>La recette de base<\/strong> pour 1 litre d\u2019eau, 20 grammes de grains de K\u00e9fir, 20 grammes de sucre blond, blanc, ou non raffin\u00e9,1 figue s\u00e8che, 2 ou 3 rondelles de citron dont on a enlev\u00e9 les p\u00e9pins apparents. Privil\u00e9gier les fruits bios bien lav\u00e9s. Les tranches de citron peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es 2 ou 3 fois.  <strong>Mat\u00e9riel<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaire : bocal, type bocaux \u00ab\u00a0Le Parfait\u00a0\u00bb. Le recouvrir d&rsquo;une compresse ou d&rsquo;une gaz pour le pr\u00e9server des insectes. Laisser une premi\u00e8re fermentation avec les grains de 24 \u00e0 48h, suivant les go\u00fbts. La figue doit \u00eatre remont\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface. Le temps de fermentation varie en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature, plus il fait chaud, plus la fermentation est rapide.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les grains non utilis\u00e9s sont \u00e0 conserver dans de l&rsquo;eau dans un bocal ferm\u00e9 au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est d&rsquo;avoir deux jeux de grains : un qui travaille et un qui se repose. Changer l&rsquo;eau des grains conserv\u00e9s au frigo de temps en temps. Si vos grains se reproduisent, c\u2019est qu\u2019ils sont en bonne sant\u00e9. En fonction de l&rsquo;effervescence souhait\u00e9e, vous pouvez effectuer une deuxi\u00e8me fermentation&nbsp;: bouteille ferm\u00e9e, une fois les grains et les fruits enlev\u00e9s de 12 \u00e0 24 h \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Ensuite pour ralentir la fermentation, vous pouvez le mettre au frais<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mon petit plus<\/strong>&nbsp;: Je mets syst\u00e9matiquement 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de raisins secs pour avoir un k\u00e9fir plus p\u00e9tillant. A d\u00e9guster le matin et\/ou le soir, pour ma part, je trouve que c\u2019est un excellent ap\u00e9ritif. Les grains de K\u00e9fir se transmettent, je serai heureuse de vous les donner. il vous suffit de me le demander.
