En yoga, le bassin, o\u00f9 se loge le psoas, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le deuxi\u00e8me centre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique parmi le s sept chakras vitaux : ce\u00a0 chakra sacr\u00e9 est li\u00e9 aux \u00e9motions, au plaisir, \u00e0 la sensualit\u00e9. Physiquement et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement, nos hanches forment notre fondation : elles nous supportent, nous permettent de nous mouvoir, nous relient symboliquement au ciel et \u00e0 la terre. Le psoas, quant \u00e0 lui, est une v\u00e9ritable \u00ab colonne portante \u00bb selon le sp\u00e9cialiste et kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute italien Marcello Chiapponi dans son ouvrage\u00a0<em>Psoas, le muscle qui vous veut du bien<\/em>. Ses fonctions sont pourtant encore assez mal connues, du fait de sa profondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le psoas est un muscle ant\u00e9rieur de la colonne vert\u00e9brale situ\u00e9 sous l\u2019intestin. Il part de la partie ant\u00e9rieure des vert\u00e8bres lombaires, chemine dans le bassin et prend fin sur la jambe. C\u2019est un fl\u00e9chisseur de hanche qui permet, par exemple, \u00e0 la jambe de se replier sur la poitrine. Car notre syst\u00e8me de protection naturelle bloque notre respiration quand nous sommes en danger. Malheureusement, de nos jours, les moments de tension s\u2019encha\u00eenent, tant et si bien que cette accumulation de stress devient la nouvelle norme \u00e0 g\u00e9rer par notre corps. Cet \u00e9tat se traduit par une raideur chronique du muscle diaphragme et, par cons\u00e9quent, du psoas\u2026 \u00bb, explique Marcello Chiapponi. Lorsqu&rsquo;un stress chronique s\u2019installe durablement, il malm\u00e8ne et enflamme notre organisme en profondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanches, diaphragme et psoas forment un trio indispensable \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel. \u00ab Les muscles profonds de nos hanches sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s aux glandes surr\u00e9nales, responsables du traitement de nos \u00e9motions de lutte ou de fuite (elles s\u00e9cr\u00e8tent l\u2019adr\u00e9naline et le cortisol), pr\u00e9cise Julie Granger, professeure de yoga et ancienne ballerine. Ces muscles sont \u00e9galement nos plus grands muscles stabilisateurs et peuvent souvent se contracter ou devenir tendus dans les moments d\u2019activation \u00e9motionnelle. Les tissus de nos hanches conservent les \u00e9motions \u201cnon trait\u00e9es\u201d, permettant ainsi au subconscient de se souvenir, et d\u2019\u00e9viter la m\u00eame r\u00e9action \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Un m\u00e9canisme salutaire \u00e0 l\u2019origine, mais qui r\u00e9sulte en un stockage de ces \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives et, donc, en un blocage de ce deuxi\u00e8me chakra. Or, lorsqu\u2019un chakra est bloqu\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9nergie stagne. Dans le cas du chakra sacr\u00e9, ce stockage d\u2019\u00e9motions peut provoquer une baisse de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de la libido, un sentiment de d\u00e9tachement, de solitude, et m\u00eame de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trois exercices pour d\u00e9tendre vos psoas et du m\u00eame coup am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de vos \u00e9motions <\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1- Jambes contre mur <\/strong>: Allongez-vous sur le sol, fesses et jambes contre un mur. Laissez les jambes s\u2019ouvrir sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9, comme un grand \u00e9cart mais sur le dos. Si cela est trop intense, vous pouvez soutenir vos cuisses \u00e0 l\u2019aide de vos mains, pour que les jambes ne s\u2019ouvrent pas trop. Ne bougez plus : la gravit\u00e9 fait son travail. Allongez bien le bas du dos (ne pas arrondir). Attrapez vos pieds et essayez de vous pencher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en avant, en gardant le dos plat et les pieds serr\u00e9s. Maintenez la position 3 minutes en respirant profond\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-Le Happy Baby<\/strong> : Au sol sur le dos, genoux pli\u00e9s vers le ventre, vo\u00fbtes plantaires vers le ciel, attrapez l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de vos pieds. Dos \u00e0 plat, ouvrez les cuisses. Vous pouvez vous balancer doucement de gauche \u00e0 droite ou rester statique. Si c\u2019est trop intense, placez des coussins sous vos cuisses.
